Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping and free expedited shipping for all Miele vacuums on orders to the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US territories will include a $25 handling fee.

Shipping Methods

Standard shipments will arrive in 2-10 business days. Expedited shipments are $30 and will arrive in 1-4 business days.

Orders placed by 12pm EST on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Expedited shipments are not available for PO Box deliveries. Please contact us for additional shipping options.

Home Delivery

Free same-day home delivery and setup available within 25 miles of Ann Arbor on all Miele vacuum purchases!

Returns

We offer a full refund on all products within 7 days of delivery.

• All items must be in new condition.
• All original packing materials, manuals and accessories must be included.
• Any products returned without all original packing materials, manuals and accessories will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded.
